Pastor Joe and Anna Woolwine serve as the lead Pastors of Victory Outreach Concord. With a passion for reaching hurting people, developing leaders, and building life-giving churches, they have dedicated their lives to seeing individuals and families transformed through the power of Jesus Christ. Together, Joe and Anna with their two sons have faithfully served in various leadership capacities within Victory Outreach International, investing in discipleship, church growth, evangelism, and ministry development. Their heart is to help people discover their God-given purpose, experience the power of the Holy Spirit, and become effective leaders who impact their communities and the world.Pastor Joe and Anna are both  entrepreneurs  with a passion for leadership development and revival. Anna is known for her compassionate heart, commitment to people, and dedication to building strong families and healthy ministry teams. Married and serving side by side in ministry, Joe and Anna are committed to building a church where people can encounter God, grow in their faith, discover their calling, and make a lasting impact for Christ.
